These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aisuperpreneur.com, unmasked-hero-quest.lovable.app, and related pages, products, and services (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Evolution Digital Marketing Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site or opt into SMS messaging.

2. Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, placing orders, or requesting speaking engagements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.

3. Purchases, pricing, and refunds

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and may change. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated window.
  • Orders are accepted when payment is processed and a confirmation is sent. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing error).
  • Physical book pre-orders ship per the timeline stated at checkout. Digital tools and chapter previews are delivered immediately on opt-in.
  • Refunds: Physical product pre-orders are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery. Digital products and challenge enrollment are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not consumed the majority of the content. Contact support@aisuperpreneur.com to request a refund.

4. Email and SMS communications

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive marketing and transactional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

By submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from TC Bell / Evolution DMA at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the book UNMASKED, HERO OS framework, chapter previews, workbooks, calculators, audits, copy, design, logos, and trademarks — is owned by TC Bell, Evolution Digital Marketing Agency, or our licensors, and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, sublicense, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission. Screen captures, downloads, scraping, and bulk export of chapter previews and tool content are prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or other users' access.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Site or its content.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.

7. Speaking, workshops, and consulting engagements

Speaking and consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which controls in case of conflict with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Site, the book, HERO OS, the challenge, and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content is for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, mental-health, financial, legal). Results from HERO OS, challenge, or any tool are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we, our affiliates, or our suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any content or product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or any product shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolution Digital Marketing Agency, TC Bell, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis (not class-wide), and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@aisuperpreneur.com.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
